I cannot download ringtones from my computer to Samsung SGH-A777?

Well I downloaded ringtone from zedge.net onto my computer and then turned the bluetooth on and tried dragged the ringtone from my desktop to my phones tones folder. Now whenever i open the tones folder in my phone the ringtone is not there. The text box comes up and the phone tells u that it has recieved the file but it is not in the ringtones folder?

There are a ton of sites that assist converting mp3 for free usually. Look around the web.
