How do you unlock the ringtones for a Motorola v3 razr???

I’ve already purchesed the ringtones. What i’m trying to do is to trasfer them using the bluetooth but they are locked and can’t be transfered

if u have a cingular phone the limit to the size of the file is 600Kb so if its larger it wont work, apart from that u shhould just use the Motorola Mobile Phone Tools CD it works 100% better than the blue tooth cuz its all wired with USB
